#GRA14 Week 4 - Going Places

Going Places...

Another fantastic read aloud this week from our Author Study for the Global Read Aloud project.  This time our author Peter H. Reynolds teams up with his identical twin brother Paul Reynolds!  

As we read this story we made predictions and had many text-to-text connections between the other stories we have read during this author study.  

After reading, the students discussed what they felt the Author's Message was in the story as well as the Author's Purpose. Some of our ideas included the power of teamwork, the importance of creativity and finding inspiration in the world around us.
